3. Game Content
XO Prime is a single-player and local multiplayer game. The leaderboard and "global challenger count" are simulated for entertainment purposes and do not represent real online multiplayer or authentic global rankings.
4. Local Data & User Responsibility
XO Prime is a fully offline app. You are solely responsible for your local game data.
If you lose your device, delete the app, or experience device failure, your game statistics will be lost. We cannot recover data because it never leaves your device.
We recommend using your device's built-in backup features (iCloud, Google Drive) if you want to preserve app data across device changes.
5. Intellectual Property
All game design, code, graphics, and content in XO Prime are owned by the developer. Player names you enter remain your property but are stored only locally on your device.
6. No Warranties
XO Prime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for a flawless gaming experience, we are not liable for any issues, bugs, or loss of game progress.
7. Age Suitability
XO Prime is suitable for all ages (4+). The game contains no objectionable content, in-app purchases, advertisements, or online interactions.
8. Monetization
XO Prime is completely free with:

- No subscriptions or hidden costs
9. Updates & Changes
We may update XO Prime with new features, bug fixes, or improvements. Updates are delivered through the App Store and Play Store. We may also update these terms, and we'll notify you of significant changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using XO Prime at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or remove it from app stores at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
XO Prime is a recreational game. We are not liable for any damages, loss of productivity, or other claims arising from use of the app.
